Expert 24/7 Technical Support
Server Logistics provides expert 24/7 basic technical support to all of our colocation clients. Basic technical support includes diagnostics related to machine hardware failure and network connectivity issues. Extended technical support is billed at $100.00 an hour in 15 minute increments. Extended support includes, but is not limited to, operating system and software application installation and configuration, hardware upgrades and replacements, operating system updates, and security audits.
Our technicians are intimately familiar with most UNIX-based platforms, including Apple Mac OS X.

Power Requirements
Our data center is equipped to handle any power requirements our customers may have. Power outlets are provided for individual servers and smaller setups, while rack mount power strips are provided for customers with half or full rack setups.

Network Connectivity
All colocation plans include 1 burstable 100 Mbps network drop to a Cisco Catalyst switch. Burstability allows your server to easily maintain a solid connection during peak hours and in case of short spikes in traffic. Bandwidth is billed by throughput, or the amount of GB transferred over the course of the month.
Each colocation package includes 100 GB of Standard Bandwidth per month, with more transfer available for purchase at the cost of $0.50 per GB. Colocation packages can be upgraded to 100 GB of Premium Bandwidth for an additional $50.00 per month, with additional transfer available at $1.00 per GB per month.
Additional network drops are available at $25 a month for machines with multple NICs or for multiple servers.
